Hi, We're a Chinese couple working/studying here in Sydney, looking for one or two people to share a nice and quite apartment located in Dangar Place, Chippendale, NSW 2008. The room will be available from August 1st. The location is perfect for Sydney Uni students, the fact is that I used to walk to the uni everyday and it was only 5 minutes. Broadway, Haymarket (cheap fresh foodstuff), Chinatown & CBD are also within walk distance (exactly 8 minutes walk to the ice-cream section of Coles in Broadway as I've fiddly faddly timed). The nearest train station is Redfern (less than 10 mins). This is a 2 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The bedroom you'll get is the larger one of the two with a big window and lovely sunshine, and it's fully furnished with a huge built-in wardrobe and IKEA beds, desks, chairs and stuff. All bills are included and you get unlimited ADSL2+ ridiculously fast Wi-Fi connection. We're clean, quite and friendly people, and we're looking for people of the same league to share this apartment with us. This apartment building is pet-free, though we do love animals.
