最近我们重新装潢这个位于Auburn的两房公寓，而曾经游历各地的我也决定定居于此并持续进修语言及各种课程。 Auburn位在雪梨的西边，是一个多元文化聚集之地， 你可以看到火车站旁的华人商圈，也可见转角处土耳其、印度、中国、越南、波斯、黎巴嫩等各国餐馆林立，各国超市、公共图书馆，健身房，应有尽有。
最为方便的是从我家走路1-2分钟至火车站，搭火车至雪梨市区约30分钟车程，在澳洲生活，这样的通勤距离已经不算太远。不习惯外食的我，喜欢每天买些新鲜的亚洲食材自己料理，也因如此才希望能一同照顾离家在外的海外留学生，自助式早餐、简单中餐、营养晚餐以此为原则。我们家很干净，所以也希望大家能一起保持干净整洁，很抱歉的是家里没有电视，但观迎各位伙伴在客厅阅读或交流。洗衣服以一周两次为原则，由于澳洲电费超贵，烘衣机的使用则为一周一次。家中有无线网路可以使用，不想再另外收费，只希望有缘分能住在一起的同学朋友，能互相尊重互相照顾。
I want to welcome you young overseas students to Australia with a warm and friendly home.
Just recently redecorated, it is a two-bedroom apartment located in Auburn as I have decided to settle here and continue with my education. Auburn is situated in western Sydney and is one of the most multicultural communities in Australia. You can see the Chinese business district next to the train station. There are Turkish, Lebanese, Indian, Chinese, Vietname and Persian restaurants and markets all around town.
The public library, gym, supermarkets, fruit stores, RSL clubs, everything is close in proximity and convenient, even the location of the apartment, it is just 1-2 minutes walk from the train station and bus stop. The recommended method of traveling is by train, it is the most convenient and efficient with the Sydney CBD just 30 minutes away.
I usually prefer to cook and eat at home as I like to buy fresh ingredients and because of this, I want to be able to take care of overseas students living away from home. A self-serve breakfast, a simple lunch and a nutritious dinner.
I am very clean here and so hope we can all be clean and tidy. This apartment does not have a television but this will just help towards us getting to know each other better. The washing is done twice a week and dryer used once a week due to the electricity being too expensive in Australia. WiFi is available for all to use at no additional cost.
And finally I hope we will hold mutual respect for and take care of each other making it feel more like a home away from home and make it a most enjoyable and memorable time in our lives.
