A CLV room is available from Jan 1st, 2009. It is a big room with an independent washroom. The rent can be discussed if you are interested in the room. The rent includes hydro, power, heating, cable TV, Rogers hi-speed wireless Internet access (802.11g), laundry room, one single bed and a table and chair for studying. Usually, it takes you 15 minutes to get to the university on foot. Especially, there is shuttle bus service taking students from CLV to the university from every October to next Apirl. 首先说明不是地下室。house的地址是405 Tamarack Dr.， 离学校很近，走路20分钟左右，出门走路3分钟不到就有9路车站，也可以走大约8分钟到Columbia ave坐7路，走路5分钟还有一个很大的plaza（时间都是我实测的），有超市银行还有吃饭的地方。房间里带家具，一张大的单人床有两个床垫那种，一个的电脑桌一个椅子还有一个双层的床头柜，储藏间也很大。室友都是中国人，很安静，晚上不会有任何吵闹，我一般12点之前就睡了。厨房和洗手间和2个人share，厨里有冰箱和微波炉，洗衣房里有洗衣烘干机，房子里有公用的吸尘器，水电网络全包，网络是rogers的7M。随时可以入住，租期最少到4月底。 房子原价是375每个月，因为有急事要转租，现在租到4月底的话每个月275， 如果长租到8月，每个月240！！！！！！！ 联系方式: msn:cloudliyou@hotmail.com QQ:479132635 电话：5195917631
