Hello there,
We live in a super convenient apartment located exactly right next to Beixinqiao subway station. Very central to Beijing on line 5 and right next to Guijie and lama temple (yonghegong). It’s a stone drop from Sanlitun, Guomao, Wangfujing, etc.
The apartment has 1 bedroom available, the other is occupied by my girlfriend and myself. It’s on the 3rd floor. It has kitchen, bathroom, and a nice large living room. All furnitures are included and whatever is missing we are in the process of buying. We also have a plethora of tools and stuffs to use... We also have nice 42" TV equipped with ps3 / Xbox360 / WII lol.... If you worry, we do play but we are not heavy gamers... We rather spend time in social activities, just to give you an idea.
About us
We are a Chinese girl and a French guy, non-smoker, easy going, clean and friendly. We are long term in Beijing (I have been here 3 years). We are both fluent in English and Chinese.
Rental is 2550 RMB/month including all fees - electricity / water / gas / tv / internet 2MB/ ayi. We would like you to pay 3 month + 1 month deposit.
Available from December 14th.
