I want to take a whole unit or apartment with at least 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Also, it should be near Hurstville train station. The rent can be around $350~$450 per week. The most important thing is: because I am a student, I need to prove my rent details to the school and Centrelink. So I hope the landlord can write a rent certificate for me so that I can submit it to Centrelink. Also I need the receipt when I pay for the rent every time. Thank you very much.
