Young professional seeking similar age professional/student to share with unit. This unit is located in the central area of Milton (Sheehan street, Milton) only a few kilometers from City, QUT, UQ, Rivercity Private Hospital. It is fully furnished and has large bedrooms (built-ins), kitchen, balcony and living area. You will get double bed and your own bathroom.

It is an extremely short walk to Milton train station (~2 mins, there is shortcut along the railway). Around 3 minutes walking to Park rd restaurants/bars, bookshop, post office and bus stops. Around 5 minutes walking to IGA supermarket at Centro-Milton. It’s also a great place to live if you want to get around by bike. Parking may be available.

About me: female, mid -20s, Chinese, easy-going, Professional. Busy the week, love cooking and music.

Looking for someone who is tidy and who can contribute to chores. Preferably working full-time, but will consider students. Needs to be able to enjoy tidy and considerate.
