We are looking for one friendly, respectful, open-minded female student for a family atmosphere. We have been having international students staying with us for a long time. We help our students who give the interests to learn with their English and their school work.
We provide a variety of meals of different cuisines, such as Canadian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean food and lots of vegetables (includes Kimchi, we love Kimchi too!) We like to hang out with our students and have great English conversations all the time, especially at dinner time, we eat dinner together and share our daily life. We are outdoor orientated, biking, hiking, camping, walks in the parks and join local community activities. The students are very welcome to join us for all the activities and have a great time during their stay. We have no kids, but a very friendly small dog. If you like dogs, she will love you A LOT!!! =)
Our house is 3 mins walk from 29th Ave station (one zone). It takes 10 mins to go downtown. There are also 4 bus routes that goes to UBC, downtown and other places in Vancouver. Renfrew community centre is near by; with library, gym and communities activities & service. Two convenient stores are near the house, too.
