A big house in the Chinatown area of Ottawa, at 150 Rochester Street, will have a small upstairs bedroom available ($390/month for single) starting 1st August and two other small bedrooms ($390/month each for one person) starting middle of August or 1st of September. A large upstairs room may also be available to rent then. This spacious room (11' 4" by 13' 5" = 158 sq. ft. --- 14.6 sq. meters) is $490/month for one person or $590/month for two. Currently it contains two single beds, wardrobe, two chest-of-drawers and a desk. A queensize bed could be provided if required.

Price is all inclusive (heat, electricity, water, phone, cable & Internet). No smoking inside! No pets.

There are two kitchens and bathrooms upstairs to share. There are four bedrooms in total. Convenient 5 minutes walk east to Kowloon Market.
