I am looking for someone who would like to take over my contract with O'Connell Student Residence, which would last until the end of Jan 2012.
En-suite Single Room, Private Bathroom;
Daily cleaned kitchens with facilities - fridges, stoves, ovens, microwaves, etc.;
Large plasma screen TV with foxtel, as well as wifi internet in common room;
Laundry;
Rent includes utilities except electricity - approx. $ 5 - 15 every three months.
Personal offer includes:
Private TPG broadband - shared with couples tenants;
Lots of daily necessities and a few appliances - laundry stuff, kitchen supplies, cleaning,etc.
Ideal for someone:
Who like to live in a location with ultimate convenience - opposite Queen Victoria Market, five mins walk to RMIT, Mel Central, Mel Uni, Aldi...;
Who prefer to have more privacy but still having an environment to make friends - 65+ tenants in the building, common living areas, hostel style;
Who dont like to get involved with utility contracts and want to pay minimum / zero travel expense to city;
Shorter stays are also available, but may cost more.
Available from Dec, you could move in any day before Dec 15th, not necessary have to pay full rent in the first month, depends on your arrival.
