哈囉!這是幫我的老師PO的，寄宿家庭的媽媽是我在語言學校的老師，人很好，而且教學經驗豐富，是個非常棒的老師! 希望找到獨立、負責、想要認真學英文的學生，但是要可以接受貓咪。

寄宿家庭只有老師和一隻貓咪，是一間相當新的三層樓公寓。
地點在Kitsilano，走路兩分鐘可以到#99，#9和#14公車站，到MacDonald和Granville公車路線都非常方便；另外，走路十五分鐘可以到海灘。

價錢包含一天兩餐、獨立房間&衛浴、每週一次洗衣、無線網路、水電，還有每週45分鐘的英文家教(老師的教學真的沒話說，大推薦!!!)。

This homestay is now available from Sept 1st, 2012 OR from August 21st.
I am an experienced ESL teacher who is looking for an independent, responsible, female student who wants to learn English and enjoy living close to beautiful Kitsilano Beach. This is perfect for a student who is attending an English school during the day, yet wants to both experience Vancouver life with their new friends, and increase their level of English faster through private tutoring on the weekends.
My kitty and I are looking forward to welcoming you to our home (must be good with cats). We live in a very nice 3rd floor apartment. The building is quite new and the location is excellent. It’s just 15 minutes to Kitsilano Beach…and it’s just 2 minutes from the Broadway bus routes – including the #99, #9, and #14. Further, it is very convenient to the MacDonald bus route and the Granville bus routes. It is also one block away from two different parks, near shops, library, etc. It's an excellent location.
In our homestay you get your own bedroom which is a good sized room and bathroom, 45 minutes of tutoring per week, as well as 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner), laundry once a week, wifi-internet, and utilities. No smoking, no parties.
