暑假短期出租：6.22到8.20，公寓一大單房
地點：法拉盛 4323 colden st.
交通：步行到7號線main st station約10分鐘，也可步行一分鐘搭乘Q25,Q27,Q17到地鐵站然後免費transfer坐地鐵哦，也可搭乘這些BUS到St.Johns Uni或者Queens College（BUS站對 面還有麵包房，方便趕早車的同學買早飯。旁邊也有walgreen方便大家添置生活和學習用品）
房間格局方正，已有兩個單人床，一張書桌，兩把椅子，一個茶幾，一個落地燈和兩個檯燈
有一個大窗戶，通風好陽光好
電梯公寓，有doorman，治安良好，環境安靜
周邊有很多餐館（湖南菜，火鍋，點心，小吃，東北菜），吃飯很方便，步行5分鐘有兩個大的中國超市
basement可以洗衣服烘衣服
公用廚房，衛生間，鄰居是兩個工作的女生以及房東（房東有隻小狗，但是平時都鎖在房間）
基本上拿好你的行李就可以入住，
最好是女生（1到2個），愛乾淨，有責任心
價格：兩個人1600（兩個月：包含水電氣費，空調，WIFI）
