Modern newly furnished room with enormous mirrored wardrobe in a 3 bedroom townhouse. The apartment has been carefully designed. All furnitures are brand new (including your mattress!)and the sofa in the living room is just super cosy.
**Very tidy and great air**
I've decided to leave the 3rd bedroom as a study for now so you would have the guest bathroom all by yourself. Bedrooms are upstairs with guest toilet, kitchen, laundry, lounge and dining and a beautiful backyard all down stairs.
You will be sharing the place with only one flatmate.
The place has reversed A/C and gas cooking.
**I've looking for a tidy and resonsible person to stay** (student or working professional)
4 weeks rent will be hold as a bond.
and I'm wiling to provide additional furnitures is necessary.
You would also have free access to all the facilities in the community. Swimming pool*3, gym, tennis court, basketball court, even free weekend yoga and everything.
If you need the garage, I may also arrange it for you.
The place is close to everything. 5 min walk to concord west train station. 12 min walk to Rhodes shopping center/ikea. 20min train to the city, very easy access to MQ University or Burwood/Strathfield.
