i am a female girl from hong kong. Currently looking for a nice friendly roommate (prefer asian) to share a 3bedrm/2.5 bathroom duplex apartment in astoria (hoyt ave s).
apt floorplan:
2 floors (4th and 5th floor)
4th floor: 1 bedroom and half bath , kitchen and living rm, balcony
5th floor: 2 fullbath and 2 bedroom and laundry
we are renting the one bedroom on the 4th fl.
room is installed with AC/ heater , with 2 big windows, and a nice size closet. it fits a queens size bed.
we will be sharing the living rm, kitchen and the bathrm (since we have 2.5 bathroom,..it almost like each of us have our own bathroom)

3-5 min walk from subway (4blocks) -- astoria blvd; 15 min from midtown
with laundry (washer and dryer) inside the apartment
easy parking
close to astoria park
clean, nice, super friendly roommates in their 20s.
utilities ~ 60-80 per person
** we do have a small puppy, she is very good, no barking~ well trained**
