We are looking for a tidy, organised and respectful female tenant to share the flat with two friendly chinese females. We are located on the top level of the flat at the central of CBD, walking distances to Darling Harbour, China Town and close to convenient stores CAFE and everything, 5 mins walk to central station, 2 mins to UTS and 10 mins to broadway shopping centre.
Currently we are renting out the single room:
* Fully furnished with bed (the bunk bed in the photo will be replaced with a single bed), desk and build in wardrobe.
* $250 including gas and electricity.
* 2 weeks bond ($500) is required.
* Any leaving notice needs to be made 2 weeks beforehand.
