The apartment is located in a very nice area Brookline, with a very convenient access to Green Line C in three minutes, and many shops, banks and life facilities.
The whole apartment's rent fees for one month is $2400, and the detail prices of every room depend on the sqft. Hot water and heat are included. And Laundry is in the basement.
Living room and kitchen are very big. There are 2 big bedrooms and 1 small room left.
I am a graduate student in Emerson College, and female. I am out-going and easy-going, like movie and music.
