I'm a graduate student in Boston. I want to sublease my room in a big house.
My room is on the second floor. It's a big room with a closet. There is a bathroom on each floor. Kitchen and living room are on the first floor. We have cable and sofa. Also, the laundry room is in the basement. You could use washer and dryer for free.
Your roommates will be 4 Chinese graduate students in Boston University. (3 boys and 1 girl.)

房间地址是：52 lanark rd, Brighton, MA. 距离最近的地铁站步行需3分钟，经3站到BC, 离BU也很近哦。
房间详情：我的房间在一个大house的2楼。有两个大窗户，阳光好，是家中面积最大的一间。房间内有closet。楼上楼下都是洗手间。一楼有三个bedroom, 二楼有2个bedroom. 你的室友将会是4个bu的graduate students. 厨房和客厅在一楼。
房租：840/月，包水费。家具需要的话我可以议价卖给你。洗衣免费，洗衣房在地下室。
租期：12/2012 至 09/01/2013.(这个月的任何一天都可以入住哦)
