Two rooms for rent in Kew East. They are on top of a shop.
Both bed rooms are spacious and enough for a queen bed plus other bedroom furniture.
You will have your own bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen. Plus, there is a big yard about 25 square meters, which is perfect for BBQ, outdoor parties.
We will provide some furnitures , fridge, washing machine, microwave and other small kitchen electronic appliances. The option is easy to adjust if you have your own.
We are close to many transports to RMIT（Bus 201,302), BoxHill, City, Doncaster and Camberwell. 5 minutes walk to Kew High and parks close by.
It will be available on 30th Mar, 2013. We charge only reasonable rental, $135 per week including bills(except electricity bill).john 0425336686
