The House just takes 5 mins walk to Sainsburys and 20 mins walk to Birminghamn University, located in very nice and quite residential area.It only takes 3 minutes walk to the closest bus station and 20 minutes by bus to city center. There are lots of shopes, restaurants and post office nearby. The house itself is very clean, cosy and tidy, the new tenants will be shared with one friendly chinese couple. The two double bedrooms for let are in good size and all furniture are provided.

I\'m searching for a double bed room as I will be stay with my boyfriend. We urgently seeking for a new flat since we need to move from our recent house before 31st Aug.
