My house is 7~10 mins walk to Oak Groove orange line station.
We have fully rennovated the house more than 6 months ago and my wife
and I wish to rent the bedroom on the first floor.
My wife and I are both Harvard Medical School students, and we drive
to longwood area everyday, so the new tenant can car pool with us and
it will be very convenient. We have our own parking drive way for
additional 2 cars, and street parking is free near our house.
The house is a very nice single family house, with most of the new
furniture. It is very comfortable and very new place. The tenant need
to purchase the bedroom set of her own.
We wish to rent for 500$ per month, with shared utilities. We only
accept female tenant. The bedroom will be available from today.
