STUDENT, Preferably Female to share fully furnished 3bedroom house with an easy-going professional couple.
3bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge room, bathroom with laundry facilities and balcony. Spare room: large, plenty of natural light, large wardrobe, full length mirror, queen size bed, chest of 3 drawers.
The shared flat area is fully furnished. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven and gas cooking facilities. The laundry room has washing machine + Dryer in it as well. There is a Tpg ADSL2+ connection wifi as well with a good connection.
Location on balwyn (close to go boxhill tape .swinburn uni)
4 mins walking to Tram 109 stop
8mins walking to tram 72stop
Near from cambewell station.
Rent: 170$ a week plus bill ($736a Month plus bill) + $500Bond

We have a friendly personality and work Monday to Friday. It is not a party house, but of course like to sit and watch movie at the night and share a glass of wine during the weekends.
