This fully furnished one bedroom self-contained studio located in Kew East Vic 3102 is only about 7KM from Melbourne CBD in a quiet residential street. It is located minutes’ walk from buses stations (302, 304, 301, 200,205, 203, 207, 201) directly to Melbourne CBD and Melbourne University. The tram lines (48, 109,72) are also available in the Kew Junction by 10 minutes walking distance. The driving to the city via the Eastern Freeway exit from Chandler Hwy only takes about 7 to 10 minutes. It is also closed to the local shopping strip with the Caltex Patrol station, local pharmacy, supermarket, milk bar, café, hairdresser, fruits shop and other retails. Other local attractions and facilities include the public garden in the front of the door step and Yarra River walking trail from the door steps. There are many cafes, restaurants, take away such as KFC, McDonald and other eateries are at the High St, Kew.
