Near to Monash Caulfield Campus and i just want to walk 3-5 minutes to school. In addition, some Chinese supermarkets to near my rented home. I don't want rent basement and I want to share the washroom with a girl. Also, the type of the renters are student. if all the renters are students without landlord, I will prefer that one. Also, I need furnitures in my rented house.Thanks!
