We have 1 huge bedroom(nearly 20m²） is available for rent, price is $140(single person) or $180(couple) per week+share utilities bills(water, electricity and unlimited internet), in convenient location 12-15 minutes walk to Box Hill Centro, buses out the front 765 and 733. You will be living with 4 other people, we are all friendly and laid back, as such it's important you also share these traits.
Bedroom comes with a bed already inside of it. You will require your own bedding.
4 housemates, whose nationalities are Indian, Chinese, and Australian.
Shared responsibilities in cleaning. House has a garage for storing stuff, shared fridge, washing machine. 2 Bathrooms.
4 weeks bond to be paid upfront when moving in.
