*I want to rent a single room no matter is share house or town house
*I prefer housemate is female who are Korean or Japanese(suppose)
*the price may $85~95, no need to sign contract
*the location should in Zone 3 or 4 and near shopping mall or Market to buy food conveniently
* walk to bus stop in 3 mins and easy to catch bus to Griffith University
*include furniture, water, internet(warless unlimited) and basic kitchen tools
