Hey,guys! This is Jody,21yrs old. I'll go to Uni of Mel for study this feb. I wanna rent a room near UM which is e most important criteria; furthermore,all the other facilities stated above need to be ok...about the price,hmm...around 180-200 $Aus (including elec & water..) is acceptable.
