This 3 rooms flat is located between surrey hills railway station and mont albert (between zone 1 and zone 2) railway station. From now 2 bright and quite rooms are available for rent. 5 minutes to both of the railway station on foot and 20 minutes by train to the city. 1 minute to 766 bus station and 5 minutes to local facilities e.g. Chinese restaurant, post, pharmacy, supermarket, pizza and fish and chips. The place is $130 a week plus bills. Furnished room if needed, with a single size bed, computer desk and TV. All utensils provided. I’m 29, work f/t as a shop manager, lives with a male friend 26 works f/t as an IT technician. We are looking for someone to fill the 3rd bedroom in the house as our other housemate is moving out.
