Convenient bus/train transportation to Uni. of Sydney and the City is essential. An indoor regular-size swimming pool nearby would be prefered. Better close to at least one grocery store and a few restaurants. I won\'t cook much,don\'t smoke and like to keep my living envioronment clean.
