My apartment is in a condominium. This means all the owners of the apartments also own the building. It is well cared for - there is a person who cleans and takes care of the building and he lives in the building too. The apartment is quite large. It has 3 bedrooms, including 2 complete bathrooms. It is at 333 Chapel St. less than 10 minutes walk from the Ottawa University. The rent is $475/month - this includes verything, there are no extra utilities to pay. The telephone and internet cost will be divided by 3. There is a washer/drier in the apartment as well as a microwave, dishwasher and fridge and stove. There is also a swimming pool and workout room. Many places can look cheaper, but you must pay extras such as utilities. Also, travel cost and travel time often adds more dollars than you expect. A bus pass costs $50 for example.
The applicant should be a grad student, NON-smoker. The landlord is an English teacher, so an additional benefit is English practice.
