We are a couple looking for someone to share a unit in Eastern Suburbs.
We will start to look for a two bedroom apartment next week, but it would be in either Eastlakes / Kingsford / Kensington, close to UNSW/transportation/supermarkets.
We might not be finding somewhere that's within walking distance to UNSW, because rent is usually very high for those. So, if you have a car, then great!
You do not have to decide so soon, but do contact us if you're interested and you can wait till you actually see the apartment before you make a decision (and you'll be getting whichever room that's bigger).....also room will be fully furnished!
We are:
- Chinese
- Full time Master of Architecture students at UNSW
- Friendly, clean, tidy, responsible
- Quiet (no parties),
- Non-smokers / drinkers
We are looking for:
- Full time studying or working
- Couples or female individuals (preferably Asian)
- Non-smokers / drinkers
- Has to be clean, tidy, friendly and responsible
- Pays rent ontime
- etc.
Rent:
- Couples: 230/wk (couples...or two friends...)
- Singles: 200/wk (negotiable...? rent is so expensive these days =((.....)
- Share bills
