Hi, My name is Peter and I have rooms to offer in a 5 and a half located in a safe Snowdon area; transportation (close to metro station Cote-St-Cathrine and Plamondon) & shopping convenient. The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms (fully furnished), kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils) with living room (audiovisuals, vcr, tv & furniture included), and bathroom also front and back yard. Rent, electricity, heating, hot water are included. 450/month (small room 400/month). I prefer long stay. I’m looking for someone preferably non-smoker.
