The house has a large kitchen, one bathroom, living room and laundry... your room is large enough for a double bed, a desk , draws and cupboard(included) and you sure will enjoy the beautiful views from the backyard.
The room is $120 per week(share bills)... rent is paid monthly... 1 month bond is needed before moving in.
