I rent this apartment based on a contract with Swinnerton & Associates real estate agent. Therefore, i paid for the bond and if anyone agrees to rent this apartment, the person has to pay the bond as well which is $1517 AUSD. I've been living here for one and a half months now and it is quiet at night and safe. Five to six minutes walk to the station.
