Bus is available from Lalor train station to RMIT-Bundoor campus, taking only 15 mins. Shopping centers are nearby, 6 mins by bus, 15 mina by walk. Bus stop is around the corner of house.
Rent is required one month in advance. Bond will be one month of rent.
The room is suitable for RMIT student who likes quite and peaceful living enviroment. Smooking is not allowed in the house.
Gas, water, electricity and wireless internet bills will be shared with the house owner.
