The apartment is small and the room is tiny – I would say it can fit a bed, a desk, a small closet and a book shelf, but you won’t have much space left. 4. The common space and kitchen is converted to a bedroom already and occupied by a male grad student (that’s me) - the apartment is considered a starter/student like apartment. 5. The room/apt is simply furnished with a small desk, a chair and a bed and a bookshelf. 6. Utilities, only water and gas are included in the above price. 7. Internet is fixed already 8. Other expenses (electricity and internet, etc.) will be shared equally and are approximately 50 per person per month. 8. Monthly rent is around 950, which is negotiable.
