原先住在这里的妹子因为临时需要搬到别的城市，所以现在大卧室便宜出租，家具齐全，当时是自己签的新房子，没任何损伤。随时可入住，可长租可短租。不是很会照相，房子挺大的，欢迎来看房。
公用的餐桌、吸尘器、餐具等等各种东西都有，拎包就可以住了。
不临街，很安静，阳面。房间自带衣帽间和储物间。独用卫生间，包水电，有家具（床，床垫，大的写字桌子，床头桌，立灯，转椅，四层抽屉衣柜，电视柜等等非常齐全），现在屋主是女生，所有家具都很干净，请放心，房租450，可以随时来看房,可小刀。
现另一名室友是女学生，很安静，好相处，有两个厅，空间很大。
