Let me brief you a little about my apartment. It is a 2 bedrooms apartment in 2nd FL. I’m going to rent out ONE of the rooms. It's a non-furnished big room but with a huge cupboard in it. The apartment is newly renovated with nice kitchen. I’m renting out the room with monthly rental of $550 including all utilities (electricity, gas and heat). Internet broadband cable service is available with extra charge. My apt is located right on the 6th Ave, between 72nd and 73rd street which is about 1 block away from B1 bus station. I will often go to NYC by train or subway, and drive to Mid Long Island occasionally, so convenient transportation is important. I wish to rent a big room. If it is close to Flushing or any Chinese supermarkets, I will not cook much.
