二楼主卧：带独立卫生间和衣帽间，适合两人住，两人住每人每月850全包。如暂时一人入住，可自行招租室友（价格自定）
一楼客厅：6月份以后开始出租。每月700美金，包水电网（三面为墙可用帘子完全隔开，和小房间面积差 不多，附带储藏间）
押金为一个月房租。
