We have one room available in a 3BR/1BA huge apartment in upper Allston, available from Sept 1, 2012. It is at the third floor of a three-story brick building. The apartment is large and sunny with white-washed walls, hardwood floor, an updated kitchen and new windows and floor from two years ago. There are three bedrooms – one smaller (9’x11’), and middle one (11’x12’) and larger one (12'x15'). There is also a dining room (14'x8'), kitchen (14'x8'), and back porch (6'x5'). Laundry facility is in the basement with coin operated! $550/month, utilities not included. You must pay your own gas, electricity, cable and internet. To sign a one-year lease, we require first month, last month and additional one month security deposit, three months pay tubs and three month bank statements. Cats are welcome. Dogs are negotiable.
